BH and CL ESL will send an invoice at the start of or continuation of classes. Please provide an accurate email so we can ensure that you receive the invoice. 2. All bills come with a seven-day payment deadline. 3. PayPal, credit cards, and bank transfers are the available payment methods. 4. Payments are due before booking the first class. Lessons will not begin until the receipt of payment. We must receive payment confirmation before the authorization of the start of a planned course. Please provide a minimum of 24 hours to complete this process. 5. You must give your instructor 24 hours' notice if you need to postpone or cancel a lesson. You will be charged for the class if you cancel within 24 hours. 6. Let BH and CL ESL know if you are not satisfied with the instructor, and they will provide a suitable alternative. 7. Bishop Henry and Clara Laverne English School of Learning will consider your request for a refund if you need to discontinue taking courses because your financial situation has changed. 8. For optimum learning results, students must dedicate a minimum of 30 minutes to each class.
